One of the significant rules concerning a Draw 4 card is whether the card can be stacked. The official rule states that a Draw 4 card could not be stacked in an Uno game. 

When a player places a Draw 4 card, the next player cannot place another Draw 4 card on top of the one previously played. Instead, a player has to Draw four cards from the Draw pile, and they must to forfeit their turn.

However, if the top card on the discard pile is a Draw 4 card that was previously played by another player who doesn’t come before the player playing the second Draw 4 card, then indeed a player can place a Draw 4 on top of another Draw 4 card.

Can you finish on Draw 4?

Certainly yes! A player can end an Uno game with a Wild Draw 4 card, provided they have a playable card.Whenever a Draw 4 card is played, the next player has to Draw 4 cards from the discard pile, even if it’s the last card of the round.

When the Uno game is played between two players, it is easy to use the Wild Draw Four to your advantage. If player one plays a Draw 4 card, the opponent player has to Draw 4 cards, and their turn is forfeited so the game is returned to the first player. 

Furthermore, if a player has a playable card, they can end the game because they will dictate the color that favors the card they have to end the game.
